At Yoga 170, we are here to bring you a beautiful space and a welcoming community for you to start, or grow, your yoga practice. Our studio is unique in that instructors bring their own creative and authentic style to each and every class they teach. Vinyasa classes.

Slow Flow Vinyasa.

This class delivers the ultimate in calm energy. You’ll enjoy gentle flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

 

Form & Flow.

Form & Flow has something for every body. It focuses on the foundations and form of our poses as we move in an intentional way through movement and alignment.  Suitable for all levels, including beginners. 

 

Active Vinyasa Flow.

Our most active yoga class when you need to move, get sweaty, and then stretch it out. Class will move through creative sequences set to inspiring music — leaving you with a strong body and clear mind. Geared towards those with yoga experience.

 
Yoga 170 Yoga Fusion

Yoga Fusion.

Yoga Fusion offers a combination of Vinyasa Flow sequencing and core strengthening Pilates movement. This Fusion class will help you build strength, stamina, and lean muscle as well as a mind-body connection. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Gentler classes.

Hatha Yoga.

A well-rounded, slower paced class that begins with centering and breath work, allowing the body to find release. Class moves into gentle openings of the spine, hips and shoulders with traditional poses and moderate movement. Ample time given for relaxation to end class. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

 

Gentle Yoga.

Our slowest, most gentle class. We’ll focus on breathing, gentle movements, and supported poses. A perfect class for those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer approach to yoga. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

 

Mindful Yoga.

An easy-paced class with an emphasis on gentle movement, full body stretches, breathing and relaxation. Poses are done carefully and slowly and attention is given to bringing mindfulness to both the body and mind. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

 

Candlelight Yoga.

Just as good as it sounds! Enjoy a candlelight ambiance, soothing music, and slower guided postures to end your day. The perfect evening class — suitable for all levels, including beginners.

 

Restorative classes.

Restorative Yoga.

Restorative Yoga is an excellent way to quiet the mind and calm the body. With the use of props such as blocks, bolsters, and blankets (all available for you at the studio), restorative postures release tension and encourage a deeper sense of relaxation and stillness. Perfect for all levels of experience, and stages of flexibility.

 

Yin Yoga.

In a Yin yoga class, poses are held for longer periods of time to facilitate a deeper stretch and release in the connective tissue or fascia. This style of yoga is an excellent practice to stretch, reset, and find deep release in each pose. No yoga experience required and our instructors will guide you through each pose. A truly relaxing experience!

Pilates & Fitness.

PIYO Cardio Yoga.

PIYO is a mix of pilates, cardio and yoga, set to an upbeat tempo! This very active blend of cardio and pilates will strengthen and tone you, while the yoga flow provides graceful and flowing elements to elongate and cool down. A great workout class!

 

Mat Pilates.

Mat Pilates builds strength, creates long and lean muscle, improves posture, and supports a mind-body connection. This class includes a warm-up and cool-down stretch and is open to all fitness levels. Mat Pilates is focused on strength, mobility, and full-body movements combined with focused smaller repetitive movements. Prepare to leave feeling empowered and rejuvenated!

 

Mat Pilates Abs.

All the benefits of a Mat Pilates class but 100% focused on the core! This abs class focuses on repetitive pilates-inspired movements that will tone and strengthen your core.

To join us virtually, simply sign up for the class you’d like to take from the class schedule. The “register” button is the same for both livestream and in-person registration.
