Cancellation Policy for Passes

Buying passes and enrolling online will reserve your spot in class. Credits will not be deducted from your account until your instructor checks you in for class. If you are not able to attend a studio class, we kindly ask that you un-enroll or contact us prior to class so that your pass is not deducted.

Studio Closure Policy

As a “rule of thumb”, YOGA 170 will stay open per the posted class schedule, but in some situations YOGA 170 may need to class. Here are our policies:

There may be times that classes are cancelled due to studio events or other situations. In those cases, the class schedule will be updated on our website.

For winter weather conditions:
1. In general, we will follow the Fairport Central School closings and Tula (our registration system) will be updated as soon as we get word of cancellations.

2. However, there will be cases where morning classes may be cancelled after an overnight storm, but then as the weather clears during the day regularly scheduled afternoon or evening classes will continue to be held.

3. Same holds true for clear mornings that turn into dicey afternoon / evenings (ie. Fairport Schools cancel afternoon / evening activities). In these cases, morning classes could run but late afternoon / evening classes may be cancelled.

4. Our website and schedule is the best place to check as we will try our best to provide prior notification in the event that classes need to cancel due to weather.

5. If we do cancel and you’ve enrolled online, your pass will be saved back to your account.

Butterfly Kids Yoga Classes and Events

Butterfly Kids Yoga classes and on demand subscriptions can be purchased on the Butterfly Kids Yoga website.
