A mindful moment + our schedule
Have you ever gone into a yoga class feeling frazzled and out of sorts, and emerged at the end feeling soothed, tuned-in, grounded, and more at ease? I’m all too familiar with this feeling and if you’re nodding along with me, you’re not alone. At the end of this morning’s class, Ali W reminded us that it’s that feeling — calm, easeful and reconnected — that’s important to take with us from the mat into our day. I 100% felt this. Frazzled turned to calm, and as many times as I’ve heard it before, I really appreciated the reminder! Thanks, Ali. 💜
Our schedule for this week is below. Reminder that we don’t have class on Sunday, for July 4th, but otherwise we hope to see you at the studio!
