I am writing with a quick update of our (free) online live classes available to you this weekend. Celebrate Mother’s Day with us — take an hour for yourself or practice with someone special at home.
Post-brunch and before Mother’s Day dinner (even if they are unconventional this year!) — hope you can join us this weekend.

Calling all Moms and everyone else who is looking to celebrate this special day! Join Rachael for a Mother’s Day Yoga Workout! Sunday’s class will be all about getting that heart rate up and working on a little bit of strength. Rachael will take us through yoga exercises in an interval inspired style. Click here to sign up.
