Happy Sunday!

I’m still daydreaming about those sunny, warm days that put a little spring in everyone’s step last week. Amazing! At the studio, the fresh air felt WONDERFUL and it was so light and bright, breezy and fresh.

As we approach Saturday’s Spring Equinox, it will be great to enjoy many more days and classes like this at Yoga 170!
