PIYO begins this week + spotlight on all classes

Today the Yoga 170 and Butterfly Kids Yoga team of instructors met at the studio 💜 It was a wonderful way to connect with each other. We all come from different backgrounds — we are teachers, we are parents, we are working professionals, we are yoga and fitness instructors. I share this with you because I believe when you have a team that is connected and supportive, you have a studio that exhibits that same energy. So tonight, I’m celebrating our wonderful team of teachers — they are truly an incredible group! 🙏

I’m also excited to announce that PIYO starts this week! Erin Merritt (our new PIYO instructor) is wonderful — she teaches math at Fairport High School during the day and now brings her new PIYO class to Yoga 170! PIYO is on Wednesdays at 4pm, available in-person and livestream. If you’ve never taken a PIYO class before, check out the class description below — what a GREAT addition to the schedule. Since we are a studio for all ages and many different class types, I thought it would be helpful to spotlight class descriptions of all our classes below. Find your favorite, or try something new! Either way, we can’t wait to see you on the mat.
