We are planning several special events! Full details will be announced on everything soon, but you can look forward to….
Mother’s Day weekend event 🌷 Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 8 — this is all focused on supporting local and spreading the Yoga 170 love in our community. You won’t want to miss it!
Yoga Sculpt 🧘🏻♀️ Think micro movements, awesome playlist and total body strengthening (Sat, May 8)
Yin Yoga 🙏 Create calm and find deep release in this special evening class (Fri, May 28)
Barre 💜 It’s barre on the mat! Targeted movements based on the principals of ballet will leave you feeling strong and toned (Sun, May 23)
Molly guest classes 🥰 Molly will be visiting from Vermont to teach 2 guest Hatha classes and we can’t wait to see her! (Sun, May 16 and Mon, May 17)

Studio deal on props
Since we are BYOP (bring your own props!) in classes, I wanted to extend our Manduka studio discount to everyone — students and instructors — so that you can order anything you need to support your practice at a better price than retail. Details all below!
