The spring + summer schedule

This seems so appropriate as we release our Spring + Summer schedule! 🌷 We hope that this refreshed schedule offers a balance of class types and time offerings for your practice. Updates include:
New classes 😊
Gentle Vinyasa Flow — Mondays at 5:15pm (weekly class)
Hatha Yoga — Tuesdays at 12pm (weekly class)
Hatha Yoga — Fridays at 8:30am (weekly class)
Mindful Yoga — Sundays at 4pm (weekly class)
And, don’t forget about our two recently added classes, Restorative Yoga on Tuesdays at 6:45pm and Active Vinyasa Flow on Fridays at 6:00am. Check out the full spring + summer schedule below. Everything begins next week, May 2!
Welcoming Anita B 👋🏻
We’re thrilled to welcome Anita Bartolotta to our incredible team of instructors. Anita practices at Yoga 170 and is also a wonderful instructor! She’ll be teaching a Gentle Vinyasa Flow on Mondays at 5:15pm, beginning May 2. So excited to have her!
