Strength + Mobility

The perfect class to increase mobility and facilitate a wider range of motion in both the muscles and joints. Using your own body weight, we’ll integrate strength + mobility postures to benefit the body and mind. This practice is appropriate and encouraged for all levels. Following yoga, MANA Performance Therapy will be available to answer any specific questions about physical discomforts or injuries that you may be facing.

Regular Yoga 170 passes apply.
