Exciting news to share!

Hi everyone,

I am very excited to announce our brand new, Yoga 170 Online. We’ve been working very hard on this over the last few weeks, and it is now ready to go! Our goal with Yoga 170 Online is to provide you with great classes, from our studio, led by your trusted instructors — that you can take wherever and whenever you’d like!

Here’s how it all works
Each week, we will feature new video bundles that you can enjoy over a 7 day period. They are called our 7-Day Class Bundles. You can pause, rewind, stop, come back, take class again and again — it’s all created to be flexible for you.

7-Day Class Bundles
You can choose from our Hatha & Gentle bundle, Refreshing Flows bundle, Active Flows bundle — each contains 3 classes. Or, enjoy The Mixed bundle — which contains all 9 classes. Each week we will feature new bundles that our instructors film from directly from the studio.

Created with you in mind
On our website (schedule page), there is a feedback form so you can send class requests directly to instructors. Please feel free to use it so we can craft future classes to meet your needs.

Just the beginning
We will continue to offer Yoga 170 Online even when the studio reopens, giving you the opportunity to enjoy our classes in-person, online, or both! And as Yoga 170 Online grows, we’ll continue to offer you even more classes, more instructors and more choices.
