Thank you to everyone who came to Galentine’s Day Yoga today — a full house, a refreshing yoga flow (thank you Lindsey), yummy mimosas, relaxing chair massages, a fun braid bar and Athleta swag bags for everyone. So much fun and good for the soul!

I’m in awe of the tranquility and beauty at the studio this past week. With our recent snowfall, it’s incredibly peaceful and refreshing to be practicing yoga with the snowy backdrop of Fairport Village and the canal just outside — while we’re cozy with candles, salt lamps, great music and great people.

Our farmhouse-style studio is alive with amazing energy and we can’t wait to see you in class soon.

We have recently added new classes to the schedule and have welcomed wonderful new instructors — so I thought this would be a great time to update you on the wide variety of classes here at the studio.
