New class + sharing our good vibes
New class alert! Join us on Thursday, 5:15-6:15pm for our new Vinyasa Flow class, beginning this week. This is not an intense class, but more of a gentle flow with Linda. You’ll enjoy a refreshing flow of poses, linking breath with movement, and a more grounded, centered feeling at the end of each class. Suitable for all levels, including beginners!
