Yin returns + a weeknight Active Vinyasa

Summer is here and life is full of outdoor adventures, maybe some pool time, and hopefully a vacation or two! But somehow even in this season of relaxation, it can still feel a bit busy. So, don’t forget to take time for your own self care! We are here for you and for your practice (and pssst, the A/C feels wonderful on those hot days!) View this week’s schedule here.

 
 

Summer updates ☀️
We’re excited to announce a few class updates as we head into summer. Our goal is to offer you a variety of classes so you can keep incorporating yoga into your schedule.

Active Vinyasa fans 🔥
If you love an active sweaty flow, you are in for a treat. We have one NEW weeknight Active Vinyasa Flow and one special Active Vinyasa opportunity.

  • Wednesdays, 6pm: Beginning July 6th, our Wednesday 6pm class will be an Active Vinyasa Flow with Chad. Join us for an after-work sweat session!

  • Special class: Our Sunday 10am class on July 3rd will be a special Active Vinyasa Flow. A great way to sweat it out over the holiday weekend!

PIYO fans 🌟
Beginning in July, we’ll be offering a 45-min weekday PIYO class on Wednesdays at 10:30am with Erin, in ADDITION to our Sunday 8:45am class. Woo!

Yin + Restorative fans 🙏
We’ll be offering a Yin + Restorative class on Sunday evenings at 7:45pm, beginning July 10th with Kass. Quite possibly the best way to end your weekend with a restful treat.
