Just maybe the most perfect gift from my mother in law! She knows that you can have BOTH yoga and wine in the same class on Friday, 8/12 at our Yoga + Wine event, in partnership with My Wine and Cheese Bar. This cute sign will be on display for sure. 😍

Summer is here and life is full of outdoor adventures, maybe some pool time, and hopefully a vacation or two! But somehow even in this season of relaxation, it can still feel a bit busy. So, don’t forget to take time for your own self care! We are here for you and for your practice (and pssst, the A/C feels wonderful on those hot days!)
