In this workshop, we will discuss the various ways self-care & yoga can guide you in managing stress along with essential oils you can incorporate into your daily routine.
First, we will start with a brief essential oils chat (with Brandie Potter) that will focus on using oils for relaxation and balance. After, Lindsey Mease will discuss tips for self-care and guide you through a slow flow yoga session.
