New Year’s Day Hatha Yoga and Sound Meditation
Join us in welcoming the New Year with movement and sound! This special event will include an all-levels yoga class and guided meditation/Yoga Nidra for setting New Year's intentions. Rest deeply to the sounds of singing bowls, chimes, and harmonium. Step into 2025 with clarity of body and mind!

End the year with an indulgent, relaxing self-massage class. This class will use small balls (provided by the studio) as a form of acupressure. The balls will be used head-to-toe to release tension and foster relaxation as you prepare for the new year.

Outdoor Yoga Summer Solstice Class
Let’s gather together for this special outdoor yoga class to celebrate the Summer Solstice. This class is suitable for any level of experience and is a great way to soak up nature and yoga together!
☀️🌻 Class will be held at Center Park in Fairport, so please dress accordingly. Please also bring your own yoga mat.

Spring Refresh Yoga + Wellness Class
Refresh and reset for spring! 🌸 Join us for a 45 min refreshing flow (perfect for all levels) that reflects the new energy of spring, clears the old energy of winter out, and resets your body, mind, and spirit. Mona Moon Naturals will be joining us to chat about body/mind wellness and everyone will leave with a complimentary essential oil roller of their choice!

Yoga + Sound Meditation for the New Year
Welcome the new year with yoga and the sound of Om! Join us for a special hatha yoga class followed by deep rest in savasana while bathing in the healing sounds of Om, the harmonium, singing bowls and chimes. Step into the new year with clarity of body and mind.

Good Energy Yoga + Chakra Balancing for the New Year
This 90 minute practice with a focus on the 7 Chakras (core energy centers) will help you cultivate health beyond the physical body and get deeper to the subtle layer of the “energy” body, increasing intuition and well being off the mat as well. Join us as we align ourselves on an energetic level for the new year. This class encourages prop use, and rest when needed, but will include movement.

Yoga + Beaded Bracelet Making + Bubbly
Join us for a super fun afternoon of yoga, bracelet-making, and bubbly!
In this workshop, we’ll enjoy a refreshing yoga class, suitable for all levels, and then create our own yoga-inspired bracelets. Keep your bracelet for yourself or gift to someone special! Come connect with your inner creativity and discover the joy of making your own jewelry as unique and special as you.
A variety of genuine stones, beads, charms and spacers will be provided.
Each ticket also includes a glass of bubbly (optional) to enjoy after yoga as we create our bracelets!

Summer Solstice Outdoor Yoga Event
Lets gather together for this special outdoor yoga event to celebrate the Summer Solstice.
Celebrate the light with outdoor yoga, suitable for all levels, special journaling, and solstice enlightening rituals. Together, we will enjoy the beauty of nature — a magical way to celebrate the joys of summer. All journaling supplies will be provided.
This will be an outdoors event (weather permitting) at Center Park in Fairport, so please dress accordingly. Please also bring your own mat.

PIYO Pop Up
PIYO is back! 🔥 Join us for a great workout in this special pop up class — PIYO is a mix of pilates, cardio and yoga, set to an upbeat tempo! This very active blend of cardio and pilates will strengthen and tone you, while the yoga flow provides graceful and flowing elements to elongate and cool down.

Yoga for Mental Health Workshop
May is Mental Health Awareness Month! Mental health is just as important as physical health, and yoga can offer us many specific tools and techniques to cope, manage, and even overcome stress and anxiety. In this 2-hour workshop class we will focus on both acute and chronic anxiety through active and restorative asana, mantra, and breath practices. Learn how anxiety impacts the nervous system and discover which practices work best for you.

Mini Silent Retreat
Give yourself the gift of quiet and stillness in this 2 hour retreat. We will explore different types of meditation and gentle movement to achieve a deeper level of contemplation and personal reflection. Meditations will include mantra, breath focused, movement and mindful eating with a chocolate meditation.

Winter Solstice Circle Celebration
Allow yourself an opportunity to pause during the busy holiday season at our Winter Solstice Circle Celebration. During this special holiday gathering, we will practice mindful breath work and gentle yoga to ground and center ourselves. We will also spend time reflecting, practicing gratitude, and setting intentions for the coming year. No prior yoga experience necessary. Journals and pens will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own.

Yoga can feel like a rhythmic flow that moves and repeats guided by our breath. Focused, centered and peaceful. The same is true when you engage mindfully in the creative process. We will use pattern and repetition to create our own individual mandalas and a larger collaborative nature mandala outside.

Art meets a gentle yoga flow in this inspirational yoga event. Enjoy a gentle flow yoga class paired with creative art as we set personal affirmations to leave you feeling refreshed and inspired.

Yoga + Wellness Workshop
Refresh and nourish yourself for spring! In this yoga + wellness workshop, you’ll enjoy gentle joint warm-ups, breath and movement, yoga, rest, meditation, and reflection with guest instructor, Kaitlyn Vittozzi. Following yoga, Erica Reisinger of Revive Your Tribe will chat about how to find a better balance with healthy foods so you are feeling fully energized and confident in your body.

Restorative Yoga
This deeply relaxing class will allow for ultimate relaxation in your body, mind, and soul.

Yoga Philosophy Study Group
A great opportunity to learn more about the history and philosophies of yoga! This is a donation-based class that meets 1/mo before Sunday Restorative Yoga.
