Restorative returns + the Spring Schedule is here!
Hello everyone,
I’m really excited to announce our Spring Schedule!🌷There are quite a few highlights and I’m going to get right to it — I hope that these classes bring you even more opportunities to practice with us and take time for yourself on the mat.
Restorative Yoga is back! We are offering Restorative weekly with Ellen (Wednesdays, 7:15pm) and Restorative + Yoga Nidra with Heather once a month (Sundays, 5pm). When you sign up, you’ll receive an email with recommendations on props you can bring from home. We’ll also offer modifications for those without props. Gina is back teaching Candlelight Yoga on Tuesday night! If you have taken Gina’s candlelight class in the past, you KNOW what a treat it is. She’ll be teaching this class every week on Tuesday at 7pm, beginning April 6th 💜 Sign up here.
New earlier classes! There is now an option to take class with us a tad earlier and set yourself up for a great day ahead. New 7am classes will be offered on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings and will be 45 min sessions with Julie, Melissa and Lindsey. Starting week of April 5 ☀️ Sign up here.
PIYO workout class! Very excited to give you an option for a brand new class with Erin — a mix of pilates, which focuses on muscle / core building, and yoga, which focuses on strength and flexibility. Wednesdays at 4pm, starting 4/14 💪 Sign up here.
Foundations is back! Learn to integrate the foundations of yoga: breathing techniques, postural alignment and how to be more present to your mind, body and spirit. A great class with Heather for those new to yoga or to brush up on the basics! Starts Monday, 5/10 ❤️ Sign up here.
Hatha comes to noontime! Enjoy a mid-day Hatha Yoga class with Carol on Thursdays. This 45 min class is the perfect choice to ground you for the afternoon / evening ahead. Starts Thursday, 4/8 🧘🏻♀️ Sign up here.
