Two exciting save-the-dates!

I actually took two deep breaths after reading this. I’ll pause so you can too. ❤️

Whether you’re sweating it out on the mat or enjoying a bit of stillness, there is always a magical point of rest between breaths. I truly feel that giving ourselves permission to rest is what makes such a difference as we go about our lives after yoga.

  • Yoga + Wine event: Friday, April 29th at 5:15pm 🍷
    We’re teaming up with one of our Fairport neighbors, Main and Vine Wine Bar, to bring you a Friday evening yoga and wine event not to be missed!

  • Yoga Foot Workshop: Saturday, May 7th at 1pm 🧘🏻‍♀️
    Molly Huff makes a special guest appearance to lead this soothing and beneficial workshop, all focused on giving your footsies a little (lot) of TLC!
