New Year’s Day class + Yin Yoga in December
I am writing to you while sitting next to the fire and my kids are reading next to me. It’s not ALWAYS this calm in our house, but for this moment, I’m grateful. While the pandemic has brought us many, many challenges, it has also been a really good reminder of how important it is to slow life down. To appreciate these small moments. And to take good care of ourselves.
This is the intent behind all of our classes this month — to slow down and take good care of yourself. Especially the special classes that we are so excited to bring to you!
