Outdoor yoga returns!

Let’s enjoy Outdoor Yoga on a Sunday evening! Join us on Sunday, August 22 at 5pm as we focus on connecting breath to movement through a graceful sequence of postures, while soaking up the evening sun.

We’re also excited to be offering an opportunity to tone, lengthen and elongate your way into the weekend with a Barre Flow Pop Up class on Friday, August 27 at 5:30pm. A total body experience before your Friday night relaxation begins!

Regular passes apply and both classes are appropriate for all levels of experience!
