New class alert! Join us on Thursday, 5:15-6:15pm for our new Vinyasa Flow class, beginning this week. This is not an intense class, but more of a gentle flow with Linda. You’ll enjoy a refreshing flow of poses, linking breath with movement, and a more grounded, centered feeling at the end of each class. Suitable for all levels, including beginners!

No place like home…

I’ve had this deep appreciation for home recently. Our cozy, comfy home here in Fairport. The home of dear friends that we recently stayed with. My hometown of Saratoga where we celebrated my Dad’s birthday this weekend. The familiar feeling of home when I step into the yoga studio.

All the feelings that come with a place that you can call home.

I hope the studio feels just as much like home to you as it does for me. Sometimes I wish pictures could also deliver the smells of essential oils, the good energy, the music, and the good energy that comes with stepping into Yoga 170. ✨

Monday, June 21 is the International Day of Yoga 2021, and the theme this year is “Yoga for Wellness” — practicing yoga for physical and mental well-being. And we are celebrating all week long at Yoga 170!

From Monday, 6/21 — Sunday, 6/27, bring a new friend with you to class for free! No strings attached. We just ask that they are brand new to Yoga 170. All your friend needs to do is sign up and choose the “I’m coming with a friend” pass ($0) on www.yoga170.com/schedule.

It’s our way of spreading the yoga love for physical and mental wellness! 🌱
