New Foundations class + a pose tip to find comfort
I realize that in this situation, each day brings us a mix of energy and emotions. But I hope that overall, you continue to find more small joys than challenges.
So with that in mind, our goal is to give you a variety of classes to meet your needs — or energy level — each day. Just as we do at the studio, but on a smaller scale.
This week, we will be offering a Foundations class — a good option for beginners or for anyone looking to refresh on the basics. This is in addition to the variety of Yoga 170 live online classes — schedule within!
