New Foundations class + a pose tip to find comfort
Hi everyone,
I hope you are well. I realize that in this situation, each day brings us a mix of energy and emotions. But I hope that overall, you continue to find more small joys than challenges.
So with that in mind, our goal is to give you a variety of online classes to meet your needs — or energy level — each day. Just as we do at the studio, but on a smaller scale.

Child’s Pose — instructor tip
Molly shares her advice on Child’s Pose this week — great for easing worries, anxiety, and calms the central nervous system. Effective for any age (my kids do this all the time).
