Please join me in welcoming Alicca Willmes and Kellie Scott-Reed to the Yoga 170 instructor team!

Meet Alicca (Ali for short)
Ali’s teaching style is caring and informative, focusing highly on structural alignment in each pose to ensure the safety of her students. Her classes are well balanced, offering both challenging and relaxing aspects that are suitable for both the beginner and more advanced student. You can find Ali on Tuesday evenings teaching 7pm Candlelight Yoga — beginning this week!

 
 

Meet Kellie
Kellie’s love of fitness and yoga shines through in her teaching style. She believes in yoga as a way to connect, not only with ourselves, but with others as well. It is her core belief that yoga can be accessed by everyone, and can change lives for the better. Her classes are designed to fit every body. You can find Kellie on Wednesday evenings teaching 6pm Active Flow — beginning in just a few weeks!
