The book Yoga for Healthy Aging identifies Strength, Flexibility, Balance, and Agility as important physical components of healthy aging. This workshop will start with a brief presentation/discussion, include practice of Hatha yoga postures, and end with restorative yoga/breathwork. All ages are welcome to attend!
NOTE: This workshop is taught by an over 55 yoga instructor (Yoga 170’s Beth Cholette)

This workshop will include dynamic movements to explore range of motion and longer pose holds to encourage both muscle and bone strength.
