Hello Yoga 170! The weather is turning colder but we’re staying warm and cozy in the studio! We look forward to practicing with you this week and to carving out time to reset and recenter. 🧘🏻♀️

I also wanted to share a few helpful tips about Mindbody, our new registration system.
✓ All classes on the schedule are available as In-Person and Livestream. You can use the same “register” button for both types of sign ups.
✓ You can use the “funnel” icon to filter the schedule by class type, instructor, and time of day.
✓ You can update your profile with your cell number if you’d like to receive text message confirmations about registration, unenrolling, and class reminders.
