Meditation returns to Yoga 170

I hope you have been enjoying this GORGEOUS weather! If you’ve joined us in the studio recently, we are enjoying the breezy fresh air from the canal, beautiful colors and great energy in classes. Check out the bottom of this email for a few recent pictures from the studio!
I’m excited to let you know that we have added 2 new Meditation options for you — intended to bring awareness, reflection and peace to your practice. Meditation is now available In-studio as part of Tuesday’s Hatha Yoga class at 5:30pm (new time) and also Online as a short guided meditation. We will start with these 2 options and expand to more if everyone would like!
