Please join me in welcoming Christina (Aldridge) Till to the Yoga 170 instructor team! Christina is BACK to her Fairport teaching roots, and if you have taken her classes before, you know what a treat they are. We are thrilled she is now a part of the Yoga 170 family!

You can find Christina teaching Restful Candlelight Yoga on Sundays, 6:30-7:30pm (our newest class!). You can also find her for a refreshing Vinyasa Flow class on Mondays, 5:15-6:15pm (a new class time!). Sign up here.

Working with a deeper, more mindful breath you will gain insight into how to incorporate energy healing into yoga, on and off the mat. This class will guide you to move through a blend of gentle flow leading to restorative poses leading to an extended Savasana. Begins Sunday, 11/21!
This class leads students through a refreshing flow of poses, linking breath with movement. You’ll experience a clear mind, flexible and functional strength, and a more grounded, centered feeling at the end of each class. Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Begins Monday, 11/22!
Barre combines low impact, highly effective movements based on the elements of ballet and yoga. A fun and energizing class that is set to upbeat, motivating music to leave you long, lean, and toned. Begins Tuesday, 11/23!
