Weekend update
Happy Friday! We have many offerings at the studio this weekend, so I thought it would be helpful to send a quick weekend update so you can carve our your yoga time! Here is the schedule — additional details are all below.
FRIDAY:

YIN YOGA + DEEP STRETCH *
In a Yin yoga class, poses are held for longer periods of time to facilitate a deeper stretch and release in the connective tissue or fascia. This style of yoga is an excellent practice to balance a busy, active lifestyle or a routine filled with lots of movement and exertion. Appropriate and encouraged for all levels. MIND + BODY WELLNESS WORKSHOP
In this Mind + Body workshop, we'll enjoy a refreshing yoga for wellness practice (appropriate for all levels, even beginners), followed by an informative wellness workshop (with a fun clean eating sample to try!). We’ll chat about what it means to eat clean and how to make it work for you so that you feel your best every day. Eating clean helps fight off disease, manage weight, clear brain fog & stabilize moods. Sunday, 11/21 at 11:30am. Sign up here.
RESTORATIVE + YOGA NIDRA
An excellent way to quiet the mind and calm the body. With the use of props such as blocks, bolsters, and blankets (all available for you at the studio), restorative postures release tension and encourage a deeper sense of relaxation and stillness. Yoga nidra or “yogic sleep” is a part of this class, to facilitate deeper rest and relaxation. Sunday, 11/21 at 5pm. Sign up here.
RESTFUL CANDLELIGHT YOGA *
The perfect way to end your weekend. Enjoy candlelit ambiance and move through a blend of soothing movements that support and boost natural energy healing and cleansing processes in the body. Class leads to restorative poses and an extended Savasana. Sunday, 11/21 at 6:30pm. Sign up here.
