Announcing the Fall schedule

Hello Yoga 170! We are excited to share the Fall schedule with you, which begins after Labor Day on Tuesday, September 6th. Here are a few things to note:

🌱 We are simplifying the names of our Vinyasa classes to Slow Flow Vinyasa and Active Vinyasa Flow. Nothing is changing in terms of instructors or the classes themselves, but we hope this provides clarity on the two different styles. Check out the class descriptions to find the right style for you!

⏰ Rachael’s Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday morning Active Vinyasa Flow classes will move to 9:30am.

🔥 We’re adding two new Active Vinyasa Flow classes! Tuesdays, 4:30-5:15pm with Heather C and Thursdays, 4-5pm with Erin. Check them out!

🌟 Candlelight Slow Flow returns with Ali W on Tuesdays at 7pm. It’s truly as lovely as it sounds!

🍃 Friday’s Hatha Yoga with Kass is moving to 12pm to provide more lunchtime class options.

Be sure to check out the updated schedule below, which begins on Tuesday, September 6th. Now is the perfect time to get back to your yoga routine as we head into the autumn months! 🍃🍁
