Through both Yin yoga poses and ball work, this class will focus on opening the area around the heart, particularly the shoulders, upper back, and chest (heart center). Yoga with balls provides self-massage, while both ball work and Yin yoga target the fascia, the connective tissue that covers the entire body and that can tighten with stress. Give your body, and your mind, some self-love this month! ❤️
