A 90 minute workshop to ease the mind, open the body and stretch the soft tissue, led by Yoga 170’s Julie Willmes. This workshop will provide the science behind mindfulness meditation, the benefits of a vinyasa practice and specifics on why we should consider yin poses in our yoga practices. It will consist of 10 minutes of education and discussion and 20 minutes of practice for each of the three principles, meditation, a vinyasa flow class and yin practice. Truly an opportunity to create calm, strengthen, increase flexibility and stability to enhance overall well-being.
