Expect gentle joint warm-ups, breath and movement, yoga, rest, meditation, and reflection.
After yoga with Kaitlyn, Erica Reisinger of Revive Your Tribe will lead a group discussion about how the way we eat is not a “one size fits all” concept. Foods that make one person feel amazing may make another feel awful. We’ll talk about how to eat a healthy diet that helps manage your weight, leaves you feeling energized and best of all has you feeling confident in your body (and mind!). No cutting out food groups, no restrictions, no counting calories!
