Happy May everyone! 🌷 This month, we are discovering the power of presence by honoring National Mental Health Awareness Month.
Whether you are looking to improve your outlook, feel better in your body and mind, or just cultivate time for yourself, I invite you to do that in your yoga practice. Maybe you haven’t rolled out your mat in a while. Maybe you’ve been craving time to move again. Maybe you’re just getting started. Please know that our studio is your home for what you need — we are here to support and lift you up in every class. 🙏

This weekend, Saturday May 8 from 1-5pm is our first Yoga 170 open house! Tell a friend or pop in solo — I promise you’ll be happy you did!
And if you are craving a great class to tone, strengthen and build lean muscle, you don’t want to miss Yoga Sculpt, also on Saturday May 8, from 11:30am - 12:30pm. Class is just before the open house, so feel free to stay for the festivities if you can. Sign up for class here.
