(Coming soon) Yoga 170 apparel with special meaning
Eeek! I’m bursting with excitement as I write this week’s update because I have a special SNEAK PEEK for you. In just a few weeks, we will have new Yoga 170 apparel available in the studio — yoga tees, tanks, lightweight hoodies, and more.
But the best part? The art design was done by a student who practices at the studio! I’ll be sharing her story and inspiration behind it all (and I love that it was all created locally). Everything will be available in early November!

I’m thrilled to let you know about a new Mind + Body workshop that we’ll be offering at Yoga 170, in partnership with Erica Reisinger, founder of Revive Your Tribe. Mark your calendars for this yoga + wellness event on Sunday, November 21 from 11:30am-1pm. Grab a friend or come solo!

New classes for Fall + yoga this week
We are excited to offer you more new classes, and our amazing team of instructors will continue to bring their own creative and authentic style to each and every class. We’re so proud to offer you a variety of class types so you can pick and choose what feels right to you.
Barre pop-up this Friday (and sneak peek of fall!)
I know we are all soaking up the summer sun and it doesn’t feel like Fall, but in just a few short weeks, it will be here! I already can’t wait for the gorgeous colors that surround the studio — it’s always a good reason to linger a little longer before or after class.
But first! We have one more special summer class this Friday evening to share with you. Join us this Friday, 8/27 at 5:30pm for a Barre pop-up as you head into the weekend.

Say hello to the summer solstice at Yoga 170!
We’re saying hello to the summer solstice with a special Gentle Yin-Yasa class with Melissa this Saturday, 6/19 at 10am. Gentle Yin-Yasa is a wonderful and gentle class to celebrate the start of summer.
