Class schedule and a special Yin + Deep Stretch class this week

As we are all settling into fall routines, I am realizing that my practice of yoga, even if it’s just one class a week, makes such a big difference. Those moments to just enjoy the space, the good energy, and to be on my mat is incredibly rewarding. I sure do leave with a grateful heart. I hope you find this to be true too! ❤️
