Happy Labor Day! We are kicking off our Fall schedule tomorrow, Tuesday, 9/7 and have a few exciting updates to share! 🍃
New classes
Be sure to check out the new additions to the schedule and updated class times. A few new classes to mention are:
Core & Balance: A class for all ages and fitness levels. It focuses on the all important “core muscles” which are critical for flexibility, balance, and strength. Mondays, 5:30-6:15pm and Tuesdays, 4-5pm.
Mindful Yoga for Sleep: This is your class for a good night’s sleep! Gentle movements are combined with restorative, relaxing poses to calm the nerves and prepare your body for a restful night. Wednesdays, 7:30-8:30pm.
