"Live" classes this week + moments shared
Hi everyone,
I hope that you continue to be well and everyone is healthy and safe.
It was a breath of fresh air over the past few days to connect with so many of you in our online live classes. Enjoying yoga together again was wonderful — and to feel the energy, gratitude, empathy and strength from everyone was awesome.
Coming together in a time when we’re technically apart felt really good. So we are going to keep it going.
We have added more Yoga 170 Live classes to the schedule this week. We hope you can join us if you can!
Signing up — helpful tips.
- To sign up, go to www.yoga170.com/schedule and register for your class. All classes are free.
- We encourage you to sign up at least 45 mins ahead of class if possible.
- Then, 30 mins before class begins, you will receive an email with the link for class.
- If you are signing up at the last minute, no worries! There will be another email reminder with the link sent 5 mins before class.
- If you are using a computer or laptop, simply click the link from the email to join.
- Reminder that if you’re using your phone or tablet, you need to download the Hangouts Meet by Google app (free) in advance of class. You only need to do this once.
Contributions (optional).
This is entirely optional and will remain on our website for those that are able to contribute to the studio. Thank you if you have contributed! Again, always optional but much appreciated. Our online classes will continue to be 100% free.
Safety is always first.
We continue to diligently follow safety and health guidelines and have been in contact with local officials as to what we can and cannot do. We will remain flexible in case things need to change.
We’re creating great moments.
Hearing “How are you!”, “I’ve missed you.” or “So good to hear your voice” between students and instructors after class. Or how Dennis’s 80’s playlist and awesome energy got us all laughing and flowing on Sunday — so great for the soul. Or this moment at the end of Molly’s Saturday’s class. This gave me goosebumps.
