I’m thrilled to let you know about a new Mind + Body workshop that we’ll be offering at Yoga 170, in partnership with Erica Reisinger, founder of Revive Your Tribe. Mark your calendars for this yoga + wellness event on Sunday, November 21 from 11:30am-1pm. Grab a friend or come solo!

In this Mind + Body workshop, we'll enjoy a refreshing yoga for wellness practice (appropriate and encouraged for all levels, even beginners), followed by an informative wellness workshop. We’ll chat about what it means to eat clean and how to make it work for you so that you feel your best every day. Eating clean helps fight off disease, manage weight, clear brain fog & stabilize moods. Paired with exercise, it will leave you feeling good in your body & mind. (We’ll even have yummy clean eating samples + a recipe for you to take!)
