Nurture yourself this fall with yoga

🍃🍁 Fall is in the air! A season to reset, restart, and get back to nurturing the most important thing of all….yourself.

Whether you’re craving movement, stillness, or a little bit of both, our doors are open for you. You can find this week’s Yoga 170 class schedule here.

We have a few updates to our Wednesday night schedule, which begin this week:

🌱 (New!) Hatha Yoga class, 5-6pm

🔥 Active Vinyasa Flow is now 6:15-7:15pm

🌸 Mindful Yoga is now 7:30-8:30pm
