Barre pop-up this Friday (and sneak peek of fall!)

I know we are all soaking up the summer sun and it doesn’t feel like Fall, but in just a few short weeks, it will be here! I already can’t wait for the gorgeous colors that surround the studio — it’s always a good reason to linger a little longer before or after class.

But first! We have one more special summer class this Friday evening to share with you. Join us this Friday, 8/27 at 5:30pm for a Barre pop-up as you head into the weekend.

And be sure to set aside time for yourself this week at either yoga or meditation. Our weekly schedule is here and listed below too.

There’s no reason to wait to come in for a great class, but as summer schedules start to slow down, Fall is a great time to reignite (or begin) your yoga routine! We will be keeping most of the current schedule the same + adding a few new options as well!   Sunday evening Restorative Yoga will return (cozy and comfy), a few new morning options will be added (start your day off right), and we’ll be offering new choices as well.
