Health is just as important as the hustle
Slowing down and taking time for yourself isn’t selfish, it’s necessary! This week, we have.a full schedule of regular classes + a soothing Sound Bath event this Saturday, 2/12. You can view the class schedule and check out upcoming events within!

New class + sharing our good vibes
New class alert! Join us on Thursday, 5:15-6:15pm for our new Vinyasa Flow class, beginning this week. This is not an intense class, but more of a gentle flow with Linda. You’ll enjoy a refreshing flow of poses, linking breath with movement, and a more grounded, centered feeling at the end of each class. Suitable for all levels, including beginners!

Please join me in welcoming Christina (Aldridge) Till to the Yoga 170 instructor team! Christina is BACK to her Fairport teaching roots, and if you have taken her classes before, you know what a treat they are. We are thrilled she is now a part of the Yoga 170 family!
You can find Christina teaching Restful Candlelight Yoga on Sundays, 6:30-7:30pm (our newest class!). You can also find her for a refreshing Vinyasa Flow class on Mondays, 5:15-6:15pm (a new class time!). Sign up here.

Now available! Yoga 170 apparel
I’m so excited to announce that our Yoga 170 apparel is now available! We have shirts, tanks, lightweight hoodies, and beanies at the studio and also available online. Everything is extremely soft and unbelievably comfy!

Recognizing World Mental Health Day
Today is World Mental Health Day, and it’s a good reminder to pause and take notice of your own emotional well-being. Our doors are always open for you to take good care of yourself. Whether that means movement, slowing down, or stillness in our calm space, we are here to support you. 🌱

Exciting news! The bridge reopens + summer schedule
When we got the news about the Fairport Village bridge reopening date, I nearly cried, cartwheeled and jumped for joy all at once. This is a BIG DEAL and for Yoga 170, it means so much.

Monday, June 21 is the International Day of Yoga 2021, and the theme this year is “Yoga for Wellness” — practicing yoga for physical and mental well-being. And we are celebrating all week long at Yoga 170!
From Monday, 6/21 — Sunday, 6/27, bring a new friend with you to class for free! No strings attached. We just ask that they are brand new to Yoga 170. All your friend needs to do is sign up and choose the “I’m coming with a friend” pass ($0) on www.yoga170.com/schedule.
It’s our way of spreading the yoga love for physical and mental wellness! 🌱
